These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between MVP Awards ("Company") and its customers ("Customer"). By placing an order with MVP Awards, the Customer agrees to these terms.

2. Orders and Proof Approval
a. All orders require Customer approval of a proof before production begins.
b. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review all details, including spelling, layout, and design, before approving the proof.
c. Once the proof is approved, the order will proceed to production, and changes cannot be made.

3. Production and Delivery
a. Production timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation. While MVP Awards strives to meet estimated timelines, delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of the Company.
b. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. MVP Awards is not liable for delays due to incorrect shipping details.

4. No Returns or Refunds
a. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once the Customer has approved the proof and delivery has been made.
b. MVP Awards does not accept returns or issue refunds for errors that were present in the approved proof.
c. In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error made by MVP Awards, the Customer must notify the Company within 3 business days of receiving the order for a resolution.

5. Payment Terms
a. All payments must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
b. MVP Awards accepts various payment methods, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability
a. MVP Awards is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use its products.
b. The maximum liability of MVP Awards shall not exceed the total cost of the order in question.

7. Website Usage
a. By using our website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.
c. MVP Awards reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
